The following Terms and Conditions shall govern your access and use of our web-store and of the services therein. The term “Web-store” pertains to the website operated by Sta. Lucia Grocers, Inc. (also known as SLG) staluciagrocers.com, this includes mobile versions and mobile applications made available by our team, if any. By continuing to access or use our web-store and/or any of the services therein, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions herein presented by us.
General Provisions;
By using our web-store you agree to:

2. Provide accurate information and/or data and ensure that you take full responsibility and liability in protecting it.
3. Be responsible for the confidentiality of your data and information that you input on our web-store.
4. Not impersonate any person or entity, willingly or unwillingly.
5. Not use or upload any material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect contains viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt our web-store's data or damage or interfere with the operation of our web-store.

1. The products and services featured on our web-store and its contents, specifications, and prices and other applicable costs or additional fees are subject to change at any time, without need of prior notice. The prices of the Products may be different from that sold in physical stores.
SLG strives to provide an accurate description of the products, but we do not warrant that such description, color, information or other content available in our web-store are accurate, complete, reliable, current or free from error. The weight, measurements and other descriptions provided in our web-store are approximate figures and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products, including the available colors. However, the color you see on our web-store may differ from the actual color, depending on your mobile device, computer system, monitor, and/or other display features.
2. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is a fixed amount for delivery within Metro Manila and selected Rizal areas (within 15km distance from our location) and a fixed shopper fee of P49. Shipping charges may change at any time without any prior notice.
3. Payments made via Paypal cannot be refunded via cash due to the incurred fees for each transaction. Therefore, any partial or full refund amount paid via PayPal will be refunded via our refund credits which you may use on your next order with us. A refund credit is a special promo code made specifically for you that you may use upon checkout by clicking the "redeem coupon" button found below the subtotal amount of your order.
4. Senior citizen discounts are not yet accepted for online orders. To avail the the discount you may proceed the purchase via walk-in at any The Generics Pharmacy store branch.
5. Prescribed orders should have valid prescription from your doctor.
6. Sta. Lucia Grocers Inc., is the online platform and delivery partner of The Generics Pharmacy. We will not be held liable for any product defects or product issues that has been proven to have originated from the store's stock or supplier. For any issues and concerns you may contact our customer service via Facebook messenger or our email and our team will be ready to assist you.
